OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR AND BUSINESS PARTNER OF NASM (USA) - AFAA (USA)

Last updated: February 2026

  • Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to INFC.global, the website and online shop of the International Network of Fitness Certifications for Exercise Professionals (INFC). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://infc.global) and the purchase of any products or services through our shop (https://infc.global/shop). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (which addresses how we handle your personal data). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Who We Are: INFC is the exclusive international distributor and official business partner of NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine, USA) and AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America, USA) certification programs . We operate from Agiou Konstantinou 7, 15124 Marousi, Athens, Greece, and can be contacted at contact@infc.global or +30 694 300 5310 for any questions. INFC acts as an authorized reseller of NASM/AFAA digital certification courses, facilitating your enrollment and providing local support, but INFC is not the certifying body itself – all certifications are issued by NASM or AFAA in the United States. For international markets, enrollment in NASM/AFAA programs is managed exclusively through INFC to ensure localized support .

By using our Site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (our programs are open only to candidates aged 18 and above ) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

  • Scope of Services

INFC’s Role: INFC provides information about NASM/AFAA professional fitness certification programs and sells access to NASM’s digital certification courses (such as the NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) program, and other specializations) as an official distributor . Our services include customer support, guidance, and professional educational workshops online or off line (where offered) to complement NASM online courses. However, the creation, content, delivery, and ultimate certification for these courses are the responsibility of NASM/AFAA. The certification courses are delivered 100% online through NASM’s platform, and the final certification exam and credential are provided by NASM/AFAA, not by INFC. We facilitate your enrollment into the NASM/AFAA online system upon purchase, we proctored the final exams and provide you with the necessary access (e.g. login credentials or course codes) to begin your studies.

No Professional or Medical Advice: Any health, fitness, or nutrition information presented on our Site or within the NASM/AFAA course content is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise program or significant diet change, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions . You acknowledge that engaging in physical exercise or applying the knowledge from these courses is at your own risk and discretion. INFC and NASM/AFAA are not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or adverse events that may result from your use of the training materials. The content of the courses should not be interpreted as guaranteeing any particular outcome (such as specific fitness results or career opportunities); individual results will vary .

  • User Accounts and Eligibility

Account Registration: Some features of our Site (such as making a purchase or accessing certain materials) may require creating an online account. If you register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Keep your login credentials confidential – you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@infc.global if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

Eligibility Criteria: Our certification programs and services are intended for adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the relevant certification. Typically, NASM’s primary certifications (e.g., CPT) require that you are at least 18 years of age . Additionally, to renew a NASM CPT credential, for International customers, you will eventually need to hold a valid CPR/AED certification (you may enroll in the course before obtaining CPR, it is required only to renew the CPT Certification every 2 years). It is your responsibility to ensure you meet any prerequisites listed for a certification (such as age, education, or other credentials) before purchase; failure to meet these prerequisites may prevent you from earning the certification, but will not entitle you to a refund outside the terms outlined in Section 6.

We do not permit account registrations or purchases by individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, do not use this Site or provide any personal information. (See our Privacy Policy for more information on minors’ data.)

  • Orders and Purchasing

By placing an order through our online shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital course or program. All orders are subject to acceptance by INFC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including, for example, if: the information you provided is incorrect or cannot be verified; the product is not available or has pricing errors; or we suspect the order may be fraudulent. In such cases, we will inform you and (if payment was processed) issue a refund.

Order Process: You can select a certification program or course bundle from our Shop, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide certain information (such as name, billing details, and email) and to choose a payment method. Please review your order summary and total price (including any applicable taxes or fees) before confirming your purchase. After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. The contract of sale is considered concluded at the moment we confirm your order and receive payment.

Pricing and Taxes: Prices for our courses are displayed in Euros (EUR) by default (you may have the option to view prices in other currencies; final charges will be in EUR unless otherwise stated). Prices are final.. We strive to ensure that all pricing and course information on our Site is accurate; however, in the event of an obvious error in price or details, we reserve the right to correct it. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you with the corrected price and you may choose to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment Methods: We offer several payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe: You may pay using major credit or debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not receive or store your full card details on our servers.
  • Revolut: If you have a Revolut account, you can pay via Revolut’s secure payment gateway.
  • Klarna: In supported countries, you may have the option to use Klarna for installment payments or pay-later options. Klarna’s terms will apply to any such payment agreements.
  • Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer: We may allow payment by direct bank transfer or deposit. If you choose this option, you will receive our bank account details and must ensure the transfer of the exact amount. The order will be confirmed once we receive the funds (any bank fees are your responsibility).

All third-party payment processors (Stripe, Revolut, Klarna, or others we use) have their own terms and privacy policies; by using those services you may need to agree to their terms. We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the payment providers’ services, but we will support you in resolving any payment-related problems to the extent possible. Payments must be received in full before we grant access to the digital course content. If your payment is not successfully processed or is reversed for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your access to the course.

You will receive an invoice or receipt for your purchase. We use the information you provide (such as your name, address, and VAT number if applicable) solely to issue a valid invoice and to comply with accounting and tax laws. (We do not store your payment card details; see Privacy Policy for data handling details.)

  • Delivery of Digital Products

Course Access: Upon successful purchase, INFC will enroll you in the corresponding NASM/AFAA online course or provide you with the necessary access instructions. In most cases, course access is delivered electronically and should take from 2 up to 5 business days after payment confirmation. You will typically receive an email with instructions in order to help you create/activate your student account on NASM’s e-learning platform. Once activated, we will need to manually register you as an International Student and then you can log in and begin the course content online. All course materials (text, videos, quizzes, etc.) will be provided through NASM’s platform. If you do not receive your access email or instructions within a reasonable time after purchase (e.g., 5 business day), please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@infc.global for assistance.

Course Content and Platform: The digital certification programs are hosted and delivered on NASM’s servers and platforms. This means that when accessing the course content, you may be subject to NASM’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for their platform. We encourage you to read NASM’s terms and policies when you first log in. INFC is not responsible for the technical operation of NASM’s platform or any downtime, data loss, or other performance issues on that platform, which are outside our control. However, we will liaise with NASM on your behalf if you encounter technical difficulties in accessing your course, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure you get the access and service you paid for.

Delivery and Fulfillment: Because these are digital goods, there is no physical shipment. Delivery is considered fulfilled when we have provided the means for you to access the online content (e.g., by emailing you a code or confirming your NASM account activation). At that point, the service is considered rendered. You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate internet connectivity and required technology (such as a compatible web browser) to access online materials. We will provide basic guidance on technical requirements, but it is your responsibility to meet them.

Course Duration and Access Period: Your purchase typically includes a defined access period to the NASM online course materials (for example, many NASM certifications come with 12 months access to complete the exam and 5 years access to the course content for reference ). These details will be clarified in the course description. INFC does not modify or extend NASM’s standard access periods. If you need more time or attempts to pass an exam beyond what is included, that may require additional fees payable to NASM or through us, depending on the policy (for instance, NASM CPT includes a certain number of exam attempts and any additional retakes may incur a fee ). We will advise you on how to arrange any extensions or retakes, but those are governed by NASM’s policies.

No Guarantee of Certification or Employment: Purchasing a course grants you access to training and an opportunity to earn a certification by meeting NASM/AFAA’s requirements (completing all modules and passing the exam). It does not guarantee that you will pass the exam or become certified. You are responsible for studying the material and achieving the passing score. Similarly, obtaining a NASM/AFAA certification does not guarantee employment or any particular income. Certification is a valuable credential, but job placement depends on many factors outside our control. We make no promise of career success and disclaim any liability for your employment outcomes.

  • Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

We adhere to the European Union’s consumer protection laws, including the directives on consumer rights for digital content. Under EU law, if you purchase a digital product or service online as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period during which you may withdraw from the contract and request a refund, unless an exception applies .

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (typically the date of our order confirmation email), without giving any reason . To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email to contact@infc.global) before the 14-day period has expired. We will promptly acknowledge your withdrawal request.

However, please note the important exception for digital content: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you have started downloading, streaming, or otherwise accessing the digital content with your consent . When you purchase a NASM digital course from us, you will be given immediate access to the online course content. By starting the course (e.g., by redeeming your access code or logging into the NASM platform), you expressly agree to the early provision of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from that point . In practice, this means that if you access the course materials within the 14-day period, you cannot later cancel the purchase under the cooling-off rule.

If you have not accessed or activated the digital course within 14 days of purchase and wish to cancel, please contact us in that timeframe. We may require confirmation that you have not begun the download/streaming. In such cases, we will deactivate your access and issue a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used (unless we arrange otherwise with you).

Refunds Outside Cooling-off Period: Beyond the statutory withdrawal right described above, our general policy is that all sales are final for digital products once access has been provided. This is because the value of the product is consumed upon granting access. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal reasons after you have begun using the course, except where required by law or in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion. For example, if you accidentally purchased a wrong course and have not used the access, contact us immediately – we will review such situations case-by-case and may offer a swap to a different course or a refund as a courtesy, but we are not obligated to do so.

Course Defects or Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that you cannot access the digital content due to an error on our side or NASM’s side (for instance, if the access code we provided is invalid and we are unable to resolve it), you are entitled to a remedy. Please inform us of any issue, and we will work to correct it. If the digital product you purchased is defective or not as described, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU consumer law regarding digital content. We will comply with any such applicable laws, which might include providing updates or fixes to the content if necessary to conform to the contract.

How to Request a Refund or Withdrawal: To withdraw from a purchase within 14 days (prior to access) or to request a refund for any other permitted reason, you should contact us by email at contact@infc.global. Please include your order information (order number, date, name, and email used) and a clear statement of your request. If approved, refunds will be processed without undue delay to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund is issued.

Please note that outside of the clear cases provided above, refunds are generally not available. Our team is happy to assist with any issues to ensure you can utilize the course you paid for, but we appreciate your understanding that once the service is delivered (access granted), we cannot reclaim the digital content.

This cancellation policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under law. For instance, if a digital service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, your legal remedies remain available.

  • User Conduct and Acceptable Use

When using our Site and services, you agree to behave lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating Laws or Rights: You must not use the Site or our content for any unlawful purpose, nor in any way that infringes the rights of others (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights) or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Site, servers, or systems (e.g., by hacking, password “mining,” or any other illegitimate means). Similarly, do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network or breach security or authentication measures.
  • Interference: You must not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers/network that host it. This includes not transmitting any worms, viruses, malware, or harmful code of any kind, and not engaging in any activities that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Misrepresentation: Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. When creating an account or providing information, you must use truthful and accurate information.
  • Misuse of Content: The content provided on our Site and within the courses (texts, videos, graphics, logos, etc.) is for your personal use in connection with the services. You must not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content or the NASM/AFAA course content except as allowed under these Terms or with explicit permission. Reselling or sharing your course access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access without refund.
  • Harassment or Illegal Content: If our Site allows any user-generated content input (such as comments, forums, or reviews), you agree not to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates this or to disable any account for such misuse.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your rights to use the Site and services (including cancellation of course access) and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

  • Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the INFC.global Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of INFC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of INFC.

  • INFC Trademarks: “INFC”, “International Network of Fitness Certifications for Exercise Professionals”, our logos, slogans, and any other trademarks or service marks displayed on the Site are the registered or unregistered trademarks of our company or our licensors. You are not permitted to use these marks without our prior written consent.
  • NASM/AFAA Intellectual Property: NASM and AFAA, and their respective logos and program names (e.g., “NASM Certified Personal Trainer”, “OPT™ Model”, etc.) are trademarks or registered trademarks of NASM or related entities in the U.S. and other countries. All course materials, curricula, texts, videos, and exam content provided through the NASM/AFAA platform remain the intellectual property of NASM (or the appropriate owner) and may also be protected by copyright and other laws. INFC’s role as a distributor does not transfer any ownership of that intellectual property to us or to you .
  • License to Use: When you purchase a digital course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the course content for your personal educational purposes. This license is for single individual use only. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access the materials using your account. You also may not copy or reproduce the course content except for personal use (for example, you may download or print study materials if such functionality is provided, but only for your own study and not for distribution).
  • Restrictions: You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, transmit, duplicate, translate, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or course content for any commercial purpose without explicit permission. You also may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on any content.

Any unauthorized use of the content or trademarks may violate intellectual property laws and these Terms. We and our content partners (e.g., NASM/AFAA) reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

If you become aware of any infringement or unauthorized use of our intellectual property or that of NASM/AFAA, please notify us.

  • Disclaimers of Warranties

“As-Is” Provision of Service: Our website, services, and the digital content we distribute are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. While we endeavor to keep our Site up-to-date and secure, we do not warrant that the Site or the NASM/AFAA platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Use of our Site and services is at your own risk.

Course Content: The certification course content is developed and maintained by NASM/AFAA. We believe it to be high-quality, evidence-based, and widely respected, but we do not independently warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of that content for your individual needs. NASM/AFAA may update or modify course materials over time (for example, to reflect new scientific findings or industry standards); we are not responsible if certain content becomes outdated or if you rely on information that may later be revised. Always use professional judgment and, where appropriate, seek additional expert advice when applying knowledge from the course.

No Medical or Professional Advice Warranty: Any guidance, tips, or recommendations given in our courses or on our Site (for example, fitness training techniques, nutrition advice, exercise programs) are general in nature. They are not specific to your personal circumstances and are not guaranteed to be safe or effective for everyone. INFC and NASM/AFAA do not know your health condition or fitness level – therefore, we expressly disclaim any warranty that following the training or nutrition advice will result in improved health, fitness, or performance. You should always consult a healthcare or fitness professional to tailor any exercise or nutrition program to your needs. As noted earlier, participating in exercise routines or changing your diet has inherent risks, and you agree that you voluntarily assume those risks.

No Guarantee of Results: INFC makes no guarantees or promises about your success in passing exams, obtaining certifications, or achieving any particular outcome from taking our courses. Similarly, we do not guarantee that certification will lead to employment or higher income. Any testimonials or success stories on our Site are individual cases and do not constitute a promise that you will experience similar results. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort, background, and the job market. We disclaim any warranty of any particular results or outcomes.

Third-Party Services and Content: We may provide links or access to third-party content and services (such as NASM’s e-learning platform, payment gateways, or social media pages). We do not warrant or endorse any information, products, or services provided by third parties. If you follow a link to another site or use a third-party service (for example, watching an embedded YouTube video, or clicking a link to an article), you do so at your own discretion. Those third-party sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, or compliance with laws. We disclaim all liability and warranties for third-party tools or content that may appear on or be accessible via our Site .

General Disclaimer: Except where prohibited by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We also do not warrant that the Site or server is free of viruses or other harmful components, although we take standard precautions to protect our systems.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you. In such cases, our warranties are limited to the minimum scope permitted by applicable law.

  • Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INFC (and our owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that result from or relate to your use of (or inability to use) our Site or services, or your acquisition and use of any certification course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, any damages for lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, personal injuries, or property damage arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in exercise programs learned from the course.

Limitation to Amount Paid: In no event shall the total liability of INFC towards you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, these Terms, or any purchase made, exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific course or service in question . For example, if you paid EUR 500 for a course, our maximum aggregate liability for any matter arising from that course or these Terms will be EUR 500.

This limitation applies to any claim, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

Exceptions: We do not exclude or limit liability for certain matters that cannot be excluded under law. Notably, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law. Additionally, your statutory rights as a consumer (such as rights under consumer protection laws for services not provided with reasonable care and skill) are not limited by this section.

If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that does not allow certain limitations of liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site and communications may include references or hyperlinks to third-party websites and services for your convenience or information. This can include:

  • NASM/AFAA Websites: Links to NASM’s official site (nasm.org) or AFAA’s site, for example, to provide additional resources or information.
  • Payment Providers: Redirects or scripts from payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Revolut, Klarna) to facilitate your transactions.
  • Email Marketing or Social Media: If you sign up for our newsletter or click a social media icon, you may be interacting with a third-party platform (e.g., our email service provider “Moosend” – an email marketing tool – or platforms like Facebook/Instagram, etc.).
  • External Resources: Occasional links to external articles, partner sites, or references relevant to fitness education.

No Endorsement or Control: These third-party sites and services are not under the control of INFC. The inclusion of a link or integration does not imply endorsement by us. We are not responsible for the content, offerings, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. If you leave our Site via a link, be aware that you are subject to the terms and policies of that third-party site.

For example, if you are redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout or to Klarna’s interface, their terms of service and privacy policy will govern the handling of your payment data on their systems. If our Site displays a NASM logo or content, note that NASM may have its own terms for how that content can be used.

Third-Party Tools: Sometimes we might integrate third-party software or “plug-ins” (for instance, a chat widget, analytics tools, or video players). These are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make guarantees about their functionality or reliability. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools without warranties and that we have no liability arising from or relating to your use of them.

Your Responsibility: When you click on any third-party links, we recommend you exercise caution. Read the respective terms and privacy policies of any third-party site or service you visit. If you choose to engage with any third-party content or transactions, you do so at your own risk. INFC will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of third-party websites or services.

If you believe a link on our Site leads to inappropriate or malicious content, please inform us so we can review and take action if necessary.

  • Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data in connection with your use of the Site and purchases are described in detail in our Privacy Policy (see below). By using the Site or purchasing our products, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we follow strict data minimization and GDPR-compliant practices. We only collect personal data that is necessary for specific purposes (such as fulfilling your order, issuing an invoice, or providing you with course access) . We do not store your personal information longer than needed, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Key points include:

  • We will use your contact and billing information to process your orders and provide services (performance of contract).
  • We may share necessary details with our partners: for example, we share your name and email with NASM to enroll you in the course (they require that data to set up your account), and we share transaction details with payment providers to process payment.
  • If you agree (opt-in), we may send you newsletters or promotional emails, but you can opt out at any time.
  • You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, as well as other rights under GDPR (see Privacy Policy and Section 13 below).
  • We implement security measures to protect your data.

For full information on how we handle personal data and your rights, please refer to the Privacy Policy

If you have any privacy-related questions or requests, you can contact us at contact@infc.global.

  • Modifications to Terms

INFC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or other operational needs. Whenever we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our Site with a new “Last updated” date, and/or by other means (e.g., email notification to account holders or a notice on our homepage) where appropriate.

Continued Use as Acceptance: Any revised Terms will become effective when posted (unless a later effective date is specified). By continuing to use the Site or our services after the new Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using our Site and (if applicable) may exercise any right to cancel services that you have.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our policies.

No changes to these Terms will affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued to you or us prior to the change (for example, if you made a purchase under a previous version of Terms, the version in effect at that time may govern that transaction unless the changes were required by law).

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by the laws of Greece, and by applicable European Union law, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, this choice of Greek law shall not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country where you habitually reside (for instance, any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country).

Jurisdiction: You and INFC agree that the courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

However, if you are acting as a consumer, you may also be entitled under EU law to bring legal proceedings in your country of residence. These Terms do not limit any such right you may have to initiate proceedings in another jurisdiction under applicable law.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution: We value our customers and invite you to contact us directly to resolve any issue. You can reach our customer support at contact@infc.global and we will do our best to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

(Note: The EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was previously a mechanism for EU consumers to submit disputes, but as of 2025 it has been discontinued. We therefore provide no ODR platform link here. You still have the option to seek alternative dispute resolution or mediation in accordance with your local laws, but this would have to be arranged outside of the former ODR system.)

  • Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines we provide) constitute the entire agreement between you and INFC regarding your use of our Site and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude any further exercise of that or any other right.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent legal authority, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. We will, in good faith, modify or replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with one that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the original intention.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.

Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and INFC. You are an independent user of the site and, if you purchase courses, a customer of INFC, but not an employee or agent.

Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, supply or transportation disruptions, or internet/network failures, provided that we promptly notify you and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of the event.

Language: These Terms and all related documents are provided in English. If we provide a translation in another language, it is for convenience only. In case of any inconsistency between the English text and its translation, the English version shall prevail.
